I believe you found this page through the search engines because you have been looking for a way to unlock your USB modem to be used with other networks. If that’s the case, you are welcome to this post as this post is going to teach you how to unlock your Glo 3.5G Huawei USB Modem offline within minutes, you won’t need to have an internet connection.

Now that you have confirmed that your USB modem model is among the list, RUN the software and follow these steps.

• Click the Tab for the modem you want to Unlock. Just locate the tab Huawei Tab and click it.
• Look for the 15 digit IMEI number on your modem and type it in the IMEI column
• After you have typed in the IMEI number, now select your model. Remember that your Huawei USB Modem model must be among the ones listed above.
• Now Click on Calculate
• Wait for the result
• Copy out the UNLOCK CODE from the result

From here, we move to the next step.

After you have written down the UNLOCK CODE, do the following steps to actually unlock your USB Modem with the code

• Put another SIM card different from the network that sold the USB modem to you. If it’s a Glo USB Modem, insert an MTN SIM card.
• Open the dashboard that you use to connect to the internet with the USB Modem.
• Now, plug the USB Modem into the computer
• Wait for some time and a small window will come up asking you to insert the unlock code
• Type in the unlock code and click enter
• If the small window automatically disappears then it means that your USB Modem has successfully been unlocked. To confirm it, look at the bottom left of the dashboard and you will see the name of the network that is in the Modem

Note: Please, be warned that you must endeavour to type in the code correctly before you click on Enter. Although, you will be given up to 10 trials to input the code to unlock code, make sure that you stop if it doesn’t unlock after 4 trials or else, the USB Modem will be locked till eternity.
